More About Me

Allow me to explain myself: My name is Annie, and I've been around the world. A few times. I grew up in Royal Oak, Michigan, but moved to Shanghai, P.R.China when I was 16. After a year there, I studied for two years in Hong Kong, majoring in Contemporary Dance. I got a diploma, then two months into my BFA programme I decided things weren't working out, so I went and spent a few months with my mum, who was doing her MBA at Manchester Business School at the time in Manchester, UK. After spending six months in Michigan working at an ice-cream/sandwich shop, I returned to Manchester to get a BA (Hons) in Chinese Studies at the University of Manchester. This year I'm in back in Shanghai for my third year of study, and I'm finally starting to find something to write about! That brings you up-to-date, so now all you have to do is read along!
